Registration Fee (each swimmer will receive a free team t-shirt with registration)
One Time Non-refundable Family Fee=$25
First Swimmer = $150
Second Swimmer = $150
Third Swimmer = $125
Additional swimmers from family are free.
All 15 - 18 year old swimmers are free.
Rookie Camp Fee (for swimmers new to competitive swimming 10 and under)

Volunteer Fee
$450 - a preauthorization for these funds is needed before the season starts, payable through the Stripe system OR Zelle.
The Summerwood Stingrays Swim Team is a volunteer organization that cannot function without the support of ALL families.
During the season, each family must obtain volunteer credits. The number will be determined when we finalize the number of families on our team (tentatively 6-7 credits).
If a family earns all of their volunteer credits by the completion of our dual meets, the team treasurer will not charge the volunteer fee.
If a family fails to earn all of their volunteer credits by the completion of our dual meets, that family forfeits the volunteer fee and the team treasurer will capture the funds.
If you don't plan to volunteer, you will be asked to indicate that on your registration and we will capture $400 at the beginning of the season.
Refund Policies as found in the Team Handbook:
Swimmer registration - Refunds will be given ONLY if your swimmer leaves the team prior to Time Trials.
Your registration fee minus the $25 family fee will be refunded. If your swimmer participates in Time
Trials and then leaves the team, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Rookie camp fees are non-refundable.
