Hi Stingrays-

One way to fulfill your volunteer requirement and gain a better understanding of your child’s sport is to join our Stingrays officiating crew. We would like to add 3-4 more officials to our crew. Officials are the people on deck wearing white shirts and blue shorts/skirts with the best seats in the house. NO PRIOR SWIMMING OR OFFICIATING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! In fact, many of our officials do not have ANY swimming experience. To become an official, you will need to take a stroke and turn certification course offered by the Northwest Aquatic League. The courses have started and are available either online or in-person. You will also receive some on-deck training at our time trials meet and in our other dual meets.
