It's been great seeing our new swimmers at Rookie Camp and we are looking forward to getting everyone else in the pool. Please read through the following information. Practice FAQ

• Practices are not mandatory and you do not need to let us know if your swimmer will be present or not.
• All practices are at the Summerwood Central Pool. Click here to see practice times. Please be on time for practice.
• For all practices and home meets we need to park at Summerwood Elementary School. You may drop your swimmer off, park, and watch practice from the designated locations Coach Mark shared in his email if you'd like. Parking rules are in our contract with the HOA and we all must follow them.
• Please download the Swimtopia app which can be found at the bottom of our Summerwood Stingray Home Page and turn on push notifications. We use push notifications for weather alerts and unexpected changes or canceling of practices, meets, or other events.
• No one is allowed in the kiddie pool during practice hours.
• Please label all of your swimmers gear. We will place any stray items in our Lost and Found.

Merchandise Update

We are expecting to have all pre-ordered items for pick-up on Friday, April 29th.

Volunteer needs

We have some volunteer jobs that need to be filled by the same person each week. You won't need to sign up via the website each week. Performing these duties will fulfill your volunteer credits. I have listed general duties. If you are interested please email

• DJ - DJ for home meets. if you are interested we need to know ASAP for this job.
• Griller - In charge of the grill at each of our 3 home meets.
• 2nd shift tent parent - Help ensure swimmers make it to the ready bench for the 2nd shift of each meet.
• Ribbon box parent - Responsible for weekly ribbons and time improvements.
• Meet photographer - Take pictures at all meets, share pictures on our social media accounts, and make the slideshow for our end of season banquet.
• Snow cone person - You do not sell the snow cones but are responsible for setting up and taking down the Snow Cone Station on Fridays for practice and Home meets.
