Good Afternoon Stingrays! 

As we prepare for Time Trials this Saturday, May 7th, we need you to sign your swimmers for their events. This does not need to be done at the same time you signup to volunteer but it should be done by Wednesday, May 4th. Please signup for all eligible events even if your swimmer doesn't think they will be swimming them. We have many swimmers who have said at the start of the season, "I will not be swimming butterfly at a meet EVER!!" After a few weeks they were confident to swim it at a meet but needed an official time.

If your swimmers will not be able to make Time Trials please mark "unable to attend" in the meet entry and let Coach Mark know on Tuesday. We will have an alternative time/date to get swimmers' official times; however, it is better for the official times to be done at Time Trials. Time Trials will give swimmers and volunteers exposure to our how our duel meets will run. It's hard to believe it's been 3 years since we have had a regular season so even our veterans can use a refresher.

If a swimmer does not have an official time in an event they CAN NOT swim that event at a meet.
