Hello Stingray Parents,

Thank you to all who signed up to volunteer tomorrow at Time Trials! Please check in at the Volunteer Table right inside the pool gate door by the times listed below. Also, please do not check in via text message.

Meet Setup Crew - Arrive and begin setup at 6:00 AM, check in after set up is complete.

Concessions Set-up Crew - Ice pick up at 6:00 AM, arrive and begin set up, check in after set up is complete.

Concessions and Snow Cones, first shift - Check in and begin helping at 7:30 am; after initial set up, snow cone helpers can help at concessions until snow cones are needed

All other volunteers, including second shift - Check in by 8:00 am

Tent Parents, Ready Bench and Computer Room Support will begin immediately after 8:00 am.

There will be a Timer and Scribe meeting for ALL Timers and Scribes at 8:10am near the volunteer check-in area.

Please be on time for your shift to ensure the meet runs smoothly. If you have extenuating circumstances and will not be on time or able to fulfill your shift, please text me at 6614278702 . Thank you again for all of your help!
