Good afternoon Stingrays - We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow for our final home meet against the Fall Creek Flyers. 

Very Important:  It is going to be very hot tomorrow. Please start drinking extra water today and ensure your swimmers do as well. Consider putting bandannas or rags in your cooler to use to cool off. Bring extra water/electrolyte drinks. We will have plenty available at concessions.  

Pool Location: Summerwood Main Pool.

Parking: Summerwood Elementary

Swimmer Check-in: 6:45

Concessions will be available

Divisionals vs Invitationals:  Most if not all of our swimmers can swim at the Divisional Meet on Saturday June 18th. We will have regular practice June 14th-17th. Swimmers must have swam in at least two dual meets and have an official time to swim an event at Divisionals. All 6 teams from our division will be there. The meet's new location will be SCHS. More information will come Sunday. 

Invitationals are June 25th and 26th. Swimmers must have qualifying times to swim. Similar to Summer Heat swimmers pay for their events and the team will cover relays. See the attachments or talk with a board member for more information. Only swimmers going to one of the Invitational meets will have practice June 21st-24th.

Reminders:

If your swimmer needs to leave early, please let the coaches know so they can plan accordingly.

We will have swimmer tents set up so swimmers will line up from there to go to the pool for their events. Please have your swimmer set up in the team tents. This makes the tent parents job easier and ensures we get swimmers to the pool in a timely manner which makes the meet run not just more efficiently but also safer.
