Good afternoon Stingrays! We are getting ready for our final regular season meet. Please allow me to speak as the Summerwood Stingray Board by saying we were all excited to have an almost typical season again.

Please read the following information for tomorrow.

Divisionals: The 5 teams we have swam against this season will be there. There will be one relay per event. Mixed Freestyle relays will be held during the middle of the meet. They be made up of 2 girls and 2 boys from each age group. 

Pool Location: Summer Creek High School Natatorium. (Inside pool). Parking will be on the Natatorium side. If I find out the cafeteria doors will be open I will send out a push notification via Swimtopia.   

Setup - Inside the cafeteria. Starting at 6am you may enter the facility. (Yahoo!!!! No tents needed) Each team will be assigned a certain space. It will be tight. "There will not be room to spread out grandma's 12x12 quilt in the middle of your chairs for open space." Please be mindful when setting up and prepare to get close and personal. 

Swimmer Check-in: Updated time 645. 

Volunteers: We are really in need of volunteers to help take down, load the UHAUL, and unload at the storage unit. I know it's a long day but please consider helping even if you leave earlier and come back. Please check in with Stacie if you are able to help.

We may need to provide additional volunteers to help the meet run run smoothly, quickly, and safely. Anyone who has already fulfilled 6+ shifts and works another will receive free breakfast or lunch at the meet. Please check with Stacie by 7:30 to help with open jobs.

Concessions: Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks will be available. We are running the concession stand.

Invitationals - Meet entries will be due just after the meet ends. Please check-in with us at our table about signing up. Signups and payments are on the website but please check with us to confirm those late entries.
