Hello Stingray Parents,

We are looking forward to a great experience for our swimmers and appreciate your help.

***All volunteers – ALL shifts – MUST check in at the volunteer table prior to 8 AM.

Our check-in table will be at the team setup area next to swimmer check-in.

Concessions, first shift - Check in and begin helping by 7:45 AM

Tent Parents, Ready Bench and Computer Room/Awards Support will begin immediately after 8:00 AM.

There will be a Timer and Scribe meeting for ALL Timers and Scribes at 8:10 AM at the diving well on the pool deck.

Please be on time for your shift to ensure the meet runs smoothly. If you have extenuating circumstances and will not be on time or able to fulfill your shift, please text me at 661-427-8702. Thank you again for all of your help!
