We will be the visiting team to the Greentree Gators this Saturday.

Pool location: 3826 Brook Shadow Dr. Kingwood TX 77345

Swimmer check in time: 7:15 AM. Coaches will be in our area. If swimmers don't check in they risk being scratch for their events. 

Warmups: Start at 7:45

Parking: There is no street parking. Drop off your swimmer and then park at Greentree Elementary. 3502 Brook Shadow Dr, Kingwood, TX 77345

Setup: The Stingrays setup area is on and area the basketball court. See the picture below.

Volunteers: All volunteers need to check in with Emily by 7:45. She will be near the swimmer check-in. If you have extenuating circumstances and will not be on time or able to fulfill your shift, please text Emily at 479-633-9676

Concessions: Located inside the pool fence. (I'm not sure on their types of payment. I will check and send it out Friday.)

Reminders:

If your swimmer is not going to make the meet please text me at 619-916-9355. I will let the coaches know. If you signed up to volunteer and your swimmer doesn't come you are still expected to volunteer. 

If your swimmer needs to leave early, please let the coaches know so they can plan accordingly.

We will have swimmer tents set up so swimmers will line up from there to go to the pool for their events. Please have your swimmer set up in the team tents. This makes the tent parents job easier and ensures we get swimmers to the pool in a timely manner.
