Disqualification 

At some point during the season, it is possible that your swimmer might be disqualified during a race. Typically, this results from a stroke infraction identified by a stroke judge. If this occurs, an official typically informs the swimmer when they exit the pool and explains why the swimmer was disqualified. Obviously, this can be disappointing to a swimmer so please allow the coaches to work with the swimmer on the issue and be as supportive as you can. If you have an issue with a disqualification, please locate a board member immediately as they can communicate with the appropriate people to address the situation.

Question about incorrect official time

There are many checks in place to ensure your swimmer's correct time gets recorded as their official time; however, sometimes a mistake is made. Please bring this to a board member's attention as soon as you believe there is an error so we can look into it. Unfortunately, no changes can made after the meet is over.
