Good afternoon Stingrays,

As we approach our final dual meet and look forward to Divisionals, I want to make sure everyone is aware of 2 different post-season invitational swim meets that the Stingrays have chosen to participate in. Both of these meets are in the meet schedule and you can read about qualifying times and meet schedules by clicking on the files attached to each specific meet.

Dual meets and our Divisional Meet are for all of our swimmers. Invitationals are only for swimmers with qualifying times.  Being able to qualify for these meets is very exciting for our young swimmers. Swimmers can swim all the events that they are qualified for. 

Parents pay a fee for each individual event. The links to pay for invitational entries will appear this Saturday after the dual meet.

Attached are two different qualifier reports. Find your swimmer on the left and to the right you will find a list of the events that your swimmer qualifies for. If you check these reports, and your swimmer would like to change their registered events for our last dual meet to try to make a cut time, feel free to email me, and I can make the switch before I merge the meet tomorrow.

Keep in mind that the Trinity Invitational does not allow swimmers with Ponderosa times to swim in their meet. That's why some fast swimmers do not qualify for Trinity.

If your swimmer does not have a cut time for an invitational but is interested in being in a relay at an invitational meet, let me know. Sometimes we don't have enough qualifiers in every age group to form a relay. Luckily, all swimmers don't have to make cut times to be in a relay. We will form the fastest relay possible based on available swimmers. Interest doesn't guarantee placement, but we sure want to know who is excited about driving across town to swim in a meet.
