Good afternoon Stingrays!

Time Trials are tomorrow morning. Swimmers should be onsite at 6:50 am. This e-mail has a lot of information, please read entirely!

Parking

All families should park in the Summerwood Elementary parking lot. There is no street parking available and the pool parking lot will be blocked off for residents using the other facilities or anyone that requires handicap parking. You can drop off your swimmers, spectators, and gear in the parking lot but after dropping off please follow traffic flow to head to the elementary school.

Arrival

Check-in is at 6:50 am Coaches will be inside the gate to check swimmers in and help write events on their arms. Warm ups start at 7:10. Each age group will swim for approximately 10 minutes. Swimmers should be in the swimmers tent and be ready before their group is called. Warm ups will end around 8; we will do our team cheer and the meet will start at 8:30 am.

Events

The heat sheet for TimeTrials is attached so you can see the event, heat and lane for each of your swimmer's events. The coaches made some changes, so please review and let the coaches know if you have any questions. You can also see the heat sheet in the Swimtopia app.

Concessions/Merchandise (Cashless)

Show up hungry - we will have breakfast, snacks, lunch, and drinks items available for credit card purchase. We will also have merchandise for sale inside the gate. No cash accepted.

What to Bring

Swimmers need goggles, at least one towel, a lawn chair (if they have one) and have sun screen applied. Swimmers should stay in the team tent and be listening for their events. Many families bring popup tents, chairs, coolers, additional snacks, and towels.

Family Set Up

Our team sets up on the lake side of the pool. Even though we don't have another team, please setup on the lake side. It will make locating swimmers and cleaning up easier. With all the rain recently, it will be wet/muddy so plan accordingly - bring tarps and wear shoes you can hose off.

Lost and Found

Lost and found is overflowing! We have many towels and other items. Please make sure to check for belongings you have lost. Maren will be taking it home with her tonight because our storage area is overflowing, so please check tonight or check on Facebook for her post.

If your swimmer won't be attending but did RSVP attending please text me ASAP at (832) 260-4121 and I will let the coaches know. (My phone ringer will be off starting at 10 tonight so feel free to text anytime.) See you at the pool bright and early!
