Due to the recent rain, the HOA has agreed to let us set up tomorrow on the parking lot concrete instead of in the muddy grass (yay!). Please see the aerial view map below of where we will be setting up tents for the meet tomorrow. If you are standing in front of and looking directly at the clubhouse, it is the parking area on the right side.

Important Details:

• Do NOT set up or park on the opposite side of the parking lot. Those spots need to remain open for resident use of the gym/lake facilities.
• Keep the roundabout open for drop-offs and traffic flow.
• Since this set-up space will be a smaller area, please consider consolidating tents and sharing with friends/neighbors.
