Parking

Parking is located at Hidden Hollow Elementary (4104 Appalachian Trail, Kingwood, TX 77345) at the intersection of Appalachian Trail and Rock Springs. See map below.

Arrival

Check-in is at 7:15 am. Coaches will be set up in the team tent to check-in swimmers. Warm ups start promptly at 7:45.

To help speed up the check in process, please help us by writing your children’s events on their arm. If your child is 10 or under, please also write their name on their arm. This helps the tent parents, ready bench, and timer/scribe volunteers ensure the meet runs smoothly without delays. See an example, below.

Events

Due to the weather and changes in NWAL meets, the meet for tomorrow has been reopened. If you want to sign your swimmer up or make any changes, please do so before 8 pm tonight. This also means we do not have accurate heat sheets yet. Please check your Swimtopia app for your swimmers events - some relay teams have been updated/changed and the most up-to-date information on events/relay teams will be in Swimtopia.

Concessions will be sold and are located in the parking lot.

Pep Rally *RESCHEDULED*

Due to the continued rain we are rescheduling the pep rally that was scheduled for tonight. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, May 29 - the same night as our team pictures. Plan to join us for some fun and games!
