Please read this e-mail for important info. Note that due to expected bad weather, we are shifting the meet time earlier. Check in is now 6:30 am and warm-ups will start at 6:50 am.

Parking

Everyone should park in the Summerwood Elementary parking lot. There is no street parking available and the pool parking lot will be blocked off for residents using the other facilities or anyone that requires handicap parking. You can drop off your swimmers, spectators, and gear in the parking lot but after dropping off please follow traffic flow to head to the elementary school.

A note: during out meet to Fall Creek, parking filled up quickly. Please try to bring one car per family, or if you live close-by and can walk, that would be great!

Arrival

Check-in is at 6:30 am Coaches will be inside the gate to check swimmers in and help write events on their arms. Warm ups start at 6:50.

To help speed up the check in process, please help us by writing your children’s events on their arm. If your child is 10 or under, please also write their name on their arm. This helps the tent parents, ready bench, and timer/scribe volunteers ensure the meet runs smoothly without delays.

Events

The heat sheet for this meet is attached so you can see the event, heat and lane for each of your swimmer's events.Please check this or look in your Swimtopia app - some changes have been made tonight to relays.

Concessions/Merchandise (Cashless)

Show up hungry - we will have breakfast, snacks, lunch, and drinks items available for credit card purchase. We will also have merchandise for sale inside the gate. No cash accepted. All sales benefit our team!

Family Set Up

Our team sets up on the lake side of the pool. It will be wet/muddy, it may even rain a little, so plan accordingly - bring tarps and wear shoes you can hose off.

We ask that no one set up chairs or permanently sit inside the pool gate. Walkways and stairs must remain clear for people to pass through to the bleachers, concessions, etc.

Team Picture Rescheduled to 6/3

We had to reschedule our team picture to 6/3 due to weather. Please be on deck by 6 pm to line up for our team picture. If you would like to have individual pictures made, please let me know so that we can communicate with the photographer how much time to plan for individuals.
