Pool Location/Parking

The Bear Branch pool is located at 3215 Cedar Knolls Dr, Kingwood, TX 77339.

Parking for everyone is up and down the north (pool side) of Cedar Knolls Drive. There is no parking on the south side (in front of people's front yards). Please respect "no parking" signs in front of several houses. They have assured their HOA that we will do our best to keep traffic flowing on Cedar Knolls.

There is overflow parking at Kingwood Middle School. The school is about a 5 minute walk. There is no parking in the "Village Falls" subdivision next to the pool. Every other street is free to park and most have a greenbelt that will lead to the pool. There are three reserved handicapped parking spaces on the street in front of the pool that are first come first served. Also, there is parking on the several streets on the other side of the greenbelt that are a quick walk through the greenbelt to the pool.

Arrival

Check-in is at 7:15 am. Coaches will be set up in the team tent to check-in swimmers. Warm ups start promptly at 7:45.

Events

The heat sheet for this meet is attached so you can see the event, heat and lane for each of your swimmer's events. Please check your Swimtopia app for your swimmers events - some relay teams have been updated/changed and the most up-to-date information on events/relay teams will be in Swimtopia.

Watching Events

Visiting team coaches tent is set up right next to the home team coaches tent on the north side of the pool.

There is no seating to watch events. Audience will watch events from the south side of the pool. They ask that spectators please watch their child's event and then head back outside the pool gates.

Concessions will be sold and are located right outside the main front gate.

Family Set Up

Set up is in the parking lot of the pool and the areas surrounding, so there are no cars allowed in the pool parking lot. You are welcome to stop at the cones and drop off swimmers and supplies.

Bear Branch will set up the left half of the parking lot towards the greenbelt. The visiting team sets up the right half of the parking lot towards the fence of the homes.

There will be a path marked off for spectators to enter/exit the pool. Please do not set up on that path.
