Our final meet is this weekend, where all 6 teams in our division swim against each other. Read on for all the information for tomorrow. The meet is at Atascocita High School, 13300 Will Clayton Pkwy, Humble, TX 77346.

Arrival/Events

Check-in will start at 6:50 am. Warm up is at 7:20 am. The current heat sheet is attached. This could still change, so as always, check the Swimtopia app for the most accurate event and heat information.

**IMPORTANT: Crowd Control**

Seating by the pool is limited. We need every spectator to watch your swimmer swim, then please leave the audience area when your swimmer is finished.

In past years there have been situations where the viewing area has been filled by persons who did not leave when their swimmer was done swimming, but remained through following events. In these situations, we have been forced to stop the meet and clear the stands, so that others have the opportunity to watch their children swim. The six teams have discussed this and we will be implementing this again this year. If the representatives of the teams see that people are not leaving when their swimmers swim, but remain, we will stop the meet clear the stands. We do not want to do this: it slows down the meet and makes longer what will already be a very long day for all the persons working the meet and for the children who are participating.

Team Set Up

Our team “tent” area will be in the cafeteria. We will line up kids in this area before walking them over to the ready bench, which will be in the hallway adjacent to the pool.

The main set up for swimmers/spectators will be in the cafeteria. There is limited space for tents directly next to the pool, but setting up close to the pool will mean the parent is responsible for getting their swimmer to the ready bench for their events. See map below.

Banquet RSVP and Coaches Donations

RSVPs to the banquet AND donations to coaches will close tomorrow, June 15th at midnight.

Trinity and Ponderosa Sign-Ups

Sign-Ups for our last 2 invitational meets, Trinity and Ponderosa, will end at noon on Sunday, June 16. If you received an e-mail that your swimmer qualified to swim in one of these events, please declare for the event in Swimtopia, even if your swimmer will not attend. If you declare attending, please immediately pay for your events in the Stingrays Shop here.

If your swimmer won't be attending but did RSVP attending please text me ASAP at (832) 260-4121 and I will let the coaches know. (My phone ringer will be off starting at 9 tonight so feel free to text anytime.)
