Here is all the info you need for tomorrow's away meet vs EMC. If you have any questions, let me know.

Facility/Parking

We are swimming out of the New Caney ISD natatorium, so the setup will be unlike normal neighborhood pool dual meets. The address is: 21360 Valley Ranch Parkway, Porter, TX 77357.

Please note you may only enter through the main entrance - all other entrances will be closed. Parents are to park on the visitor side of the natatorium, which is the side behind the Burlington Coat Factory strip of stores on 59N. Set up will be on the east side of the natatorium in part of the parking lot.

Arrival

Check-in is at 7:15 am. Coaches will be set up in the team tent to check-in swimmers. Warm ups start promptly at 7:45.

To help speed up the check in process, please help us by writing your children’s events somewhere visible on their arm. If your child is 10 or under, please also write their name on their arm. This helps the tent parents, ready bench, and timer/scribe volunteers ensure the meet runs smoothly without delays. See an example, below. **Heats/lanes are still subject to change so don’t write those on your swimmers arm until tomorrow morning**

Events

The tentative heat sheet for this meet is attached so you can see the event, heat and lane for each of your swimmer's events. There still could be changes to the heat sheet so please wait until tomorrow morning to write your swimmers heat/lane info on their arms. As always, check your Swimtopia app for your swimmers events - some relay teams may be updated/changed and the most up-to-date information on events/relay teams will always be in Swimtopia.

Concessions

See the EMC Concessions menu, below. They will also have a coffee food truck, El Nutty Bean, available.

Set Up Details

Parents can come in and see their swimmer in the spectator section upstairs. It’s a great view! Please we ask that there are no wet swimmers on the stairs or in the stands for safety reasons. No children should be in the elevators without a parent.

The DJ is located outside, so parents/swimmers will not hear ready bench calls if they are inside.

Please help us respect the property by making sure swimmers do not get in the landscaping or fountain and ensure everyone picks up after themselves. Absolutely NO BALLS are allowed because there are lights over the courtyard, and windows around.

No one is allowed on the turf area.

If your swimmer won't be attending but did RSVP attending please text me ASAP at (832) 260-4121 and I will let the coaches know. (My phone ringer will be off starting at 10 tonight so feel free to text anytime.)
