Good evening!

We have our next away meet on Saturday against the Fosters Mill/Kings Point Waves. The Fosters Mill pool is located at 5585 Hidden Lakes Dr, Kingwood, TX 77345. Swimmers should arrive and check-in at 7:15 am.

Parking

Parking is limited. Please observe and abide by the posted "No parking" signs. We cannot have parking on both sides of a street. There is a fair amount of parking available across the street at Willow Creek Elementary. You’re welcome to use any spots available at the school, but please avoid parking on the grass.

Arrival & Check In

Check-in is at 7:15 am. Coaches will be outside the pool gate on the lake side to check in swimmers. Warm ups start at 7:45.

To help speed up the check in process, please help us by writing your children’s event numbers on their arm. If your child is 10 or under, please also write their name on their arm. This helps the tent parents, ready bench, and timer/scribe volunteers ensure the meet runs smoothly without delays.

Events

The heat sheets for this meet are still being finalized. Please check your swimmers events in Swimtopia tomorrow. Let us know if there are any errors or changes that need to be made, and reach out with any questions.

Concessions

They offer full concessions with breakfast tacos and hamburgers, hot dogs and other lunch items. They will also have snow cones, snacks, candy and drinks.

What to Bring

Swimmers need goggles, at least one towel, a lawn chair (if they have one) and have sun screen applied. Swimmers should stay in the team tent and be listening for their events. Many families bring popup tents, chairs, coolers, additional snacks, and towels.

If your swimmer or anyone in your party requires emergency medical equipment (i.e. an epi pen or inhaler) to please be sure to bring that with you.

Family Set Up

Our set up is on the left side of the clubhouse when facing the pool. It is a grassy area so assume the need for bug spray, especially if it's recently rained. We would also recommend tarps for the ground.

There will not be any chairs out for spectators (other than a few for elderly and those needing assistance) and will try to keep the parents moving in order to prevent congregating on the pool deck.

If your swimmer won't be attending but did RSVP attending please text me ASAP at (832) 260-4121 and I will let the coaches know. (My phone ringer will be off starting at 10 tonight so feel free to text anytime.)
