Congrats to our 11/12 boys A relay for beating their record from last week in the freestyle relay and Isaac Arrambide for setting a new team record in 50 breast. Next Saturday is our first home meet - so get ready to help out to make the meet a success!

Volunteer Sign Ups for our next meet at home vs Walden on May 23 open tonight at 7pm.

Each family may sign up for one spot only. If you sign up for more than one spot, one of the spots will be removed at the discretion of the volunteer coordinator. Since this is a home meet, there will be more volunteer spots available.You can still only sign up for one spot. We will let you know if we reopen sign ups for families to sign up for a second shift.

Meet Sign Ups will also open at 7PM for our home meet vs Walden! Sign Ups will close Wednesday at noon. Please note that we are starting this meet at 8 am (30 minutes earlier than usual) to accommodate the SCHS graduation.

Please declare each of your swimmers for the meet as attending or not attending. If attending - each swimmer may swim up to three individual events. The system will not let you declare for more than 3 events.

Relays

It is very important that you indicate which relays your swimmer is available for- any relay, no relays, early relays or late relays. Please also put in comments if your swimmer is only available for one relay, if they do not want to swim a relay, etc. This affects who the coaches put into each of the relays.

Once the meet closes and the heat sheets are created, it is very inconvenient to change so please put the most accurate information available! If something unexpected happens after the meet closes, please reach out ASAP. Relays practice on Fridays together, so it matters if your child backs out of a relay at the last minute.

Team and Individual Pictures on Monday

Our team and individual pictures will be this Monday, May 18 - and we would love all swimmers to be in our team photo!

• Swimmers will wear their team suit or something similar if they don't have one.
• Picture forms will be available starting at 4:30 pm.
• To save time, you may pay for pictures in advance online via this link. Please print and bring the receipt with you.
• Individual pictures will begin at 4:45 pm and continue until the team picture.
• Please be on deck by 6:00 to begin lining up for the team picture. It will take time to get all swimmers organized. Team picture will be at 6:30 pm.
• Individual pictures will resume after the team picture and last until 7:00.

• During our pictures on Monday, we will be making some team posters and doing some team cheers. Please come ready to show some team spirit!
